Dr. Randy Walters is serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience teaching kids how to start their own businesses. Randy currently owns multiple businesses including a sip and paint party hosting service called "Soulful Sip & Paint." Randy also owns his own mural painting commission business called "Art by Randy Walters" and an after school and summer program called "Artrageous" that teaches kids how to be creative. After decades of working and creating art, Randy wanted to expand opportunities for young students that aspired to start their own business. He authored a book called "100 Little Hustles: The starting guide for young entrepreneurs." This book tells how Randy started finding side hustles as an adolescent to eventually finding success as a serial entrepreneur. The book features 100 distinct side hustles that Randy personally has experience in, or has colleagues that have found success through them. With his new book and speaking seminars, Randy strives to inspire the next generations of youth to create their own unique side hustles. Lastly, Randy wants to motivate the youth to be a positive influence on their peers, thereby strengthening their communities.
